Trichoderma harzianum hyphae thin colorless, with septate, multi branched. Conidial peduncles grow from the lateral branches of the mycelium, opposite or alternate, and generally have 2-3 branches. Conidial peduncles are bottle shaped or cone-shaped. Conidia are mostly spherical, with verrucous wall, blue green.
